The Challenge

Groweo, a SaaS company founded in 2022, empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses by simplifying digital sales and lead conversion. Having quickly achieved a strong product-market fit, the company is now poised for accelerated growth and international expansion.

CapMan, a Nordic private asset expert with €6.0 billion in assets under management and over 30 years of experience in private equity, sought to evaluate Groweo as a potential investment for their Growth Equity fund.

To support this process, Grolea was engaged as an industry expert to assess Groweo’s business, product, and potential for expansive growth.

The Path to Investment

Grolea worked closely with CapMan’s team to assess Groweo’s potential as an investment target. The evaluation focused on market and competitor analysis, along with a review of the business and product. Grolea provided valuable insights and feedback and raised additional questions throughout the process.

Following CapMan’s thorough review, which incorporated Grolea’s insights and recommendations, CapMan Growth invested €6 million in Groweo, becoming a minority owner. This investment will accelerate Groweo’s international growth and support advancements in technology and AI.

Workshop

Setting the Stage for Growth

After the investment was completed, Grolea was invited to assist with planning, preparation, and facilitation of workshops to kickstart the cooperation and development of Groweo’s new business plan.

The work involved conducting interviews with key personnel to support workshop planning and spark relevant discussions. A kick-off workshop was held to align on the shared vision and strategy, followed by four business workshops to begin developing the business plan across different functions.

The workshops provided CapMan and Groweo with a strong foundation for collaboration and a clear path forward, setting the stage for growth, technology advancement, and international expansion.
